Return Policy for Your Online Store

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.

    • Note: Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Return Process

    • Customers must contact customer service to request a return authorization number (RMA) before sending items back.
    • Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
    • Offer free returns on defective or incorrect items only.
  4. Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
